There are many changes that take place in the human body in the later years which alter the way your body functions. That is why Dr.Julius Dintenfass recommends these important rules to be observed if you want to grow old not only gracefully but also happily.
1.Watch your eating. The commonest mistake in modern living is to eat too much high-calorie food and animal fats. You should eat just enough to satisfy hunger and your bodily requirements, no more. Put protective foods first, fruits, vegetables should be eaten freely. Dairy products, grain foods and protein should be used more moderately. Cut out second helpings and refuse all desserts except fresh or cooked fruit. Avoid coffee.
