Dos and Don’ts: Some of the suggestive DOs and Don’ts are as follows:
Do’s
1. To learn the best practices from each other and replicate the same at own unit.
2. To help and support each other for trouble shooting.
3. To bring out observations and suggestions for improvements without any reservation objectively and respectfully.
4. To extend unconditional appreciation for the achievements, improvements and adaptation observed at any unit.
5. Whole functioning of the committee is expected to be collaborative.
6. Once meeting and visit calendar is developed and decided, members should try their best to stick to it.
Don’ts
1. While we bring out the observations for improvement at any unit, it should in no way reflect to look down at any unit or at people.
2. While we should appreciate the achievement of any unit, it is not to claim any supremacy of any individual or any company over other(s).
3. No information or finding of any unit should be disclosed to any third party in any manner.
