3.2 Static IV Curves
From static I-V curves, series and shunt
resistances are determined [12]. Dynamic
resistances point out by Thongpron’s method
[13]. We obtain the RS of 0.03 Ω, Rsh of 6.40
Ω and Rd of 0.11 Ω at 0.4 V.
3.3 Control of Bias Voltage of Solar Cell
In our work, light provides the only
energy input to cells. No DC bias voltage is
used. To control voltages across the cell,
only a variable resistor is employed.
