Of 306 elementary school administrators, 200 (65.4%) were male and 106 (34.6%) were
female. Most of the participants were over 30 years old and married. As for the age, most of the
school administrators in the sample were between 30 and 50 years old (83%). 5.6% of school
administrators were between 21 and 30 years old. As far as the marital status is concerned, the
most of the participants were married (91,8%). Therefore, there was no use for this variable in the
analysis because of the limited number of single subjects in the sample. It is also noteworthy to
mention that most of the school administrators were elementary school teachers (45,1%), science
and technology teacher and math teachers followed them with 13%.
