In the first week we met before setting the booth we have meeting to share our opinion and talking about the every problem that we met and we try to prepare ourselves to make customer feel good when they come to buy tickets or ask information about our route
Suggestions
- We should know information every place that we go on the trip.
- Don’t be shy to talk in English to foreigners and tourists because they want to know about the history of these places.
- We should always active and have some fun activity for the customer.
