These variables fall into one of three categories: individual/learner, training/design, and
organizational/work environment characteristics (Alvarez et al. 2004; Burke and Hutchins 2007). Little research has explored the impact of these factors in the context of sexual harassment training specifically. However, there is evidence that research recommended pre-training, and post-training activities can influence perceived sexual harassment training success in some organizational contexts (Perry et al. 2010).
