The mixture was then frozen in a
Krups GVS2 ice cream maker (Krups International, China). Samples (50 g)
were drawn from the mixture after freezing, placed into polypropylene
(Sistema, New Zealand & Sarstedt Australia Pty Ltd., Australia), polyethylene
(Glad Products, Australia) or glass containers (Pyrex, USA), sealed,
and stored at
−20 ◦C. The experiment was repeated twice.
