The upload of the updates to MYBC went very well this morning, however as luck would have it, approximately 30 minutes after the update was completed we experienced challenges with the back end cloud services which help to run MYBC. Unfortunately, this is still occurring intermittently and is affecting the ability to use MYBC.
Some members may be experiencing challenges in accessing the site and may experience a lag in opening pages, or may even receive red errors at the bottom of their screen when opening a page.
Our technical team is investigating the cause and of this so that a resolution can be found as quickly as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, and look forward to have this resolved very soon.
