Also please do mentioned your email address for which receipt should be sent.
You can find order numbers in your iTunes Purchase History. Follow these steps to view your Purchase History on a Mac or PC.
1. Open iTunes.
2. Choose Store > Sign In.
3. Choose Store > View Account.
4. Next to Purchase History, choose See All.
Order numbers of each of your purchases appear to the right of the date they were purchased.
