Gram-negative candidate colonies were differentiated biochemically
using an eight-tube diagnostic kit at 35 ◦C for 18–24 h.
The eight-tube diagnostic kit includes the triple sugar iron agar
test, citrate utilization test, urease test, sulfide-indole-motility test,
semi-voges proskauer test, ornithine decarboxylase test, arginine
dehydrolase test, and lysine dehydrolase test.
