• Foundry employees need to understand that work requirements change frequently and that they need to be flexible to other tasks as required, and the employees need to coordinate their activities with the supervisors.
• Following Safety procedures and practices are policy, violations will be dealt with through our disciplinary procedure.
• Not following any company policy or disregarding directions from supervisors or management will be dealt with through our disciplinary procedure.
• Normal Disciplinary Procedure, special exceptions may apply in severe cases.
1. Verbal warning documented by supervisor, copied to HR
2. Written warning documented by supervisor, copied to HR
3. Final warning, documented by supervisor and given in conjunction with manager and HR
4. Discharge / Termination
