First of all, make sure your opponent is lying supine on the ground to properly initiate the move.

Now grab his right leg and put your left leg over his right so you are facing away from your opponent.

Then grab their left leg and bend their other leg so his right foot rests on his left leg above the knee, and face to the left side of your opponent, by now their legs should be forming a sort of P, or "4" shape with your right leg through the hole in the P (the figure 4).

Hold that position and fall back you'll have to twist right a bit so you land on your back, make sure you are the opposite end of the opponent but not on him.

To finish, take your left leg and hook it over the opponent's foot.
