Business units’ manpower planning analysis.
Candidate pipeline strategy and talent pool planning.
Recruitment strategy and implementation.
Advertisement channel selections.
Job advertisement preparation and posting.
Application review and screening.
Shortlisted candidates’ summary and presentation.
Preparing interview schedules with hiring managers.
Arranging test and interview appointments with the short listed candidates for personality and job functional testing.
Arranging medical checks, criminal checks and background checks.
Preparing job offers for successful candidates.
Onboarding process.
Controlling the recruitment and selection of ‘right-qualification’ candidates as required.
Pre-screening, interviewing and providing short-listed candidates to business units.
Conducting the on-boarding of newcomers and following up on probation periods.
Participating and contributing ideas to Company Employment Branding exercises both in-house and externally.
Attending various recruitment activities including job fairs and campus events to approach candidates, new graduates and PR companies.
Controlling temporary manpower and ensuring compliance with HR strategy and policies.
Being responsible for various other assignments to support the company business and comply with Corporate HR strategy and policies.
Preparing recruitment reports for the HR Managers as required.
Supporting the recruitment team in the implementation of recruitment objectives and policies.
