Achieve assigned sales production target
• Responsible for maximizing productivity of TSR by actively motivate high performance TSR and manage unperformed staff
• Ensure sufficient manpower in own telesales team by actively recruiting and retaining TSR
• Coaching and training Supervisor & TSR under supervision to ensure that they attain the highest standard of professionalism and persuasive skills
• Responsible to provide data or information related to Telesales management as needed to help with performance monitoring and optimization
