We got one complaint from seller. The detail as follows:
1. On 30 Nov, Seller contacted us via email that she couldn't add tracking no. it showed "Error occur, please try again"
2. Agent advised to tell tracking no. to buyer but didn't advise to press shipped without adding tracking no.
3. On 7 Dec, system cancel ordered and the Seller complaint that it because the agent didn't advise her to press shipped and
she already asked about it and the answered is the order won't cancel. (Buyer bought 2 products, 1 = 600 baht, 2 = 800 baht, Total =1,400 baht)
4. We assigned the agent to call buyer and buyer will transfer the money directly to the seller.
5. Buyer contacted seller that she will pay only 600 baht and for the product price 800 baht, buyer wanted to return because is not good quality
but the seller didn't except it because it past one week since buyer got the product. (Buyer received on 1 Dec and asked to return on 7 Dec)
As I checked for the contact history via email and call. Our staff gave wrong information. Her name is Sukanya and she just started work on 17 Nov.
