Without good R&D, Haier cannot be competitive advantage because rivals in this market tend to be adding more functions, and customer' needs change quickly. In addition, Marketing and sale is also important in this market because of customers may not know what is the value added, what is new feature fulfilling their needs, and what is differentiation of product. Marketing and sale can be used as an effective tool to communicate with customers in order to inform new information and get feedbacks from customers.
