I’m sorry for not informing you earlier as this process has already been moved to finance team.
Referring to the insurance plan 2 that had been cancelled, we has changed to the Insurance Plan 13 for you.
We have already invoiced you the old plan 2 premium for the whole policy years. The insurance coverage has been used for only 2 month after we change to a new plan.
We need to invoice you more at the amount of 1,290.96 THB for the different amount of premium insurance.
