Ambitious entrepreneurial employees expect the activities they lead to result in significant job creation. the relationship between the proportion of ambitious entrepreurial employees is similar to that of early stage entrepreneurial activity and entrepreneurial employee activity . to compare the prevalence of ambitious early-stage entrepreneurs with the prevalence of ambitious entrepreneurial employees, we chose a threshold of five or more employees in five years (as opposed to 20),because our data was only available for one year. With this new threshold,we examine medium-to-high ambition earlystage entrepreneurial activity and medium-to-high ambition entrepreneurial employee activity
