As a manager, I should call that employee and ask that if the employee has some problems with the job so I can find a way to solve it. If there’s no problems, I will tell that you shouldn’t refused ongoing training and listen to perform and feedback. Because I know that you have a lot of experiences but if you work here in this company so we are teamwork and we are together so you should listen to the feedback I chose this action because l don’t have to lose quality and experiences employee and I’ll be able of solve the problems in company as well
