As mentioned above, “[t]he district court’s factual findings with regard to restitution will
not be disturbed on appeal if supported by substantial evidence.” Corbus, 150 Idaho at 602, 249
P.3d at 401. Here, the undisputed evidence before the trial court indicated the Decedent’s
income, future employment plans, and his health. The evidence also clearly showed the
economic costs of medical insurance.
