I am trying to Reflash the device. However, there is an error in the middle of restore process.
The program suggest me to go to the option to do the “Restore Only”. After I select the “Restore Only” and press download. The flash program will do nothing.
Can you tell me where the backup file is stored? I will reflash and use the backup file in the Muai Meta to restore.
I also think like you that this alert is not related with the ibutton.
However, my customer cannot start the vehicle after I send the command “Set Alert Source Control” to 1.
I have did the experiment in my office. After I set the “Set Alert Source Control” to 1. I will not hear the sound when I scanning the ibutton.
I think this is the main reason that the customer cannot start the vehicle because they cannot hear the sound when scanning. Therefore, they think that the scanning does not work.

“[0xE5] Set Alert Source Control * A500 Only” this command is for A500 b’AT
“[0xE5] Set Alert Source Control * A500V2 Only” this command is for A500V2 b’AT
M500 no need for setting Alert Source, as M500 doesn’t have buzzer.
