1) Please let me know when the Quality Contact becomes active in ETQ, I would like to issue a CAR for this non conformance.
2) According to the I-Cubed site, Morton has 1 piece and a total of 29 world wide. It is important that the Supplier must collaborate with the Material Planner, Vignesh and only send
parts by PO request via Vignesh.
3) Unless the Supplier has clean-point date codes, Presumably, all 29 pieces are non-conforming, To protect the Customer, either you or the Supplier (Pakpoom?) should send an email to D7 Quality-Reports (screen shot below) and ask these parts to be purged at the Supplier's Expense..
4) You may "cut-and-paste" information from this email, and "cc" anyone you desire, but please send a Brand New, short Email (please do not forward this one or reply to all) because it causes confusion, ....D7 needs to see a clean, concise request from you or the Supplier (Pakpoom?) . Basic inform to include the CAT PN, problem, Date Codes if available, and instruction to either return, rework or scrap at Supplier's expense.
