1. Pound the dried shrimp, chilli, garlic , with a pestle in a mortar.
2. Add the grate green papaya, palm sugar, fish sauce, cherry tomatoes, lime juice, string beans and pound them lightly.
3. Mix everything together and taste it.
4. Pour the mixture onto a plate, sprinkle it with peanuts and serve.
