Facilitate in-house training program in accordance with set standards
Evaluate in-house training program and input data into database-HRDIS
Analyze and recommend training consultants/trainers for appropriate programs which match business needs
Ensure quality and availability of all training equipment
Facilitate in all aspects in the delivery of all in-house training session
Provide support to supervisors for on-the-job training
Qualifications:-
Master's degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Economics, Mass Communication, Education or related fields
Experience in Human Resource Development and/or Learning Organization
Good understanding in banking structure and products
Highly motivated, proactive, and always want to develop themselves
Mature and good team player with strong management and leadership skills
Good command of English
High skills in computer and website
