RESPONSIBILITIES

EO Part end zero stock control (Control Obsolete Part)
Model Year end zero stock control (Unique Obsolete Part)
Terminate Model zero Stock Control (Unique Obsolete Part)
Unique Part List Report and Announce process control
10day tracking Status report and zero stock part control process
Obsoleted Root cause and countermeasure status monthly follow up
Non demand part inventory analysis of Obsolete risk Control
Weekly Follow up and report for Risk obsolete Utilization Process
AR Damage Tracking Status weekly report and Lead time Process control
AR Obsoleted Tracking Status weekly report and Lead time Process control
Damage Cost reduction and motivation activity Control
Obsoleted Cost reduction and Utilization Control (Run-out)
Improve of Damage process control at suppplier
Systems improvement to complete Claim, Repair, Obsoleted Process control
Real time TR improvement of Claim, Damage , Repair & Obsoleted Control
To follow the instruction of supervisor.
