Your key responsibilities shall include (but not limited to) the following:
Responsibilities:-
• Coordinate and support with Regional Office to develop and promote “Core Competency” to support the development roadmap.
• Being a supporter for Learning & Development Action Plan and Calendar, Succession Planning, Talent Management Process and Internal Communication.
• Facilitate in Successor, Talent Management Project and Performance Improvement Process.
• Able to be a facilitator or trainer in mandatory programs and work with line manager to facilitate functional competency programs.
• Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization.
• Manage training programs and update training record to in line with BSC such as training satisfaction after training class, hour and number of trained staffs and etc.
• Making sure, monitor and facilitate training for company sales staff to ensure they obtained/renewed their licenses.
• Prepare equipment, room, meals and training materials as required for each training class
Requirements
• At least university graduate.
• At least 2 years’ experience in HRD or HROD function and also skill in performance evaluation.
• Have knowledge about Balance Scorecard, KPI or any related to Performance Management System.
• Able to be a “Trainer”, strong Presentation and Interpersonal Skills.
• Good in Event Organizing Skill and Time Management Skill.
• Good team player and able to work independently.
• Dynamic and strong passion for people development.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
