Regarding the Change of Contact Details form. I am sorry to tell you that my bosses would not like to sign on the Form due to it is unclear about "Contact Person" and "Authorized Contact". They have commented that "Contact Person" was mentioned in the Form, so they think no need to fill the Authorized Directors' name on it.
