I fully agree that our aim should be to have as stable a plan as possible and I think the closer we are aligned between Master Plan and S&OP the better. This is something we have a lot of focus on and also the reason why the tactical planner is in the S&OP team now.
Though we have also been flagging the last S&OP runs that we have not had the full demand in our plan for 2016 and that is what is hitting us currently as markets are increase their forecast in a period where some of it is hitting our master plan which is why we have these requests to be a bit proactive.
All of the demand increases we see are reflected in the unconstrained plan and if we get the capacity requested it will follow the need from the unconstrained plan. As I understand we are buying RM according to the unconstrained plan; are you seeing any issues to support according to the unconstrained plan?
