After rechecked all Free Order since 1 Apr’14-24 Jun’14. with Supannee san in this afternoon.
We found the cause of high cost at TTS as below cases:
A) No commercial Order :
No commercial Service part FORM: if FORM indicated SAP cost center, we will input as following document.
But if it is not clear or mistake cost center, we will input F00SA010 to F1-TTS and some typing error for F01SA060 F2-TTS
B) Warranty Order :
Various Warranty FORM from other plant : Most of order, we input F00SA010 to TTS only.
Now, I and Supannee san well understand in this matter.
Supannee san will be carefully and recheck all No commercial FORM and indicate cost center in Warranty FORM before send to Im-Ex dept.
Could you please advise to me and Supannee san which Cost center can indicate in Warranty FORM??
