Starter cultures 1 and 2 are Staphylococcus carnosus FS19 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens
FS05, respectively. Control indicated no starter culture was applied in fish sauce
fermentation. Values are means±s.d. of three replications. Values with different
lowercase letters within the same rows are significantly different (pb0.05). Values with
different uppercase letters within the same columns are significantly different
(pb0.05).
