good morning my teacher and my friends. Now,I’m going to present about how to relax my life is stressful.when i have free time i try to do thing to help me relax. i usually clean the house when I’m stressed out. i feel good after cleaning the house. some time i like go to shop with my friends. when i’m watching movie i feel relaxed after shopping and when i study is very hard. I’ve to watch movie.l feel so good and don’t worry about anything. i like to watching comedy movie because it’s verry intertaining to me.so when i have more time, i’ve tried yoga and dance. yoga really help me relax my body and i dancing about two time for week. i feel wonderful after i dancing. maybe i’ve to keep a journal. on the last week,i went to phuket with my family, we went to kata beach. we had to walking around kata beach and took a photo. i had feeling happy after i keeping a journal. finally have a nice weekend see you on monday take care.
