• Review and update training programs in accordance with changes in regulatory requirements and Company standards;
• Maintain proficiency in the subject matters of which lectures are presented; and
• Perform other duties delegated and assigned by Training Supervisor.
G1.3.7.3 Selection Criteria
An applicant for the Instructor position should possess:
• Preferably a bachelor degree;
• Leadership skills to inspire and motivate others;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Effective presentation skills using computer package, such MS PowerPoint, and digital equipments;
• Attractive public speaking ability in moderate to large groups;
• Personal discipline in teaching Company standards instead of personal idiosyncrasies;
• Professional maturity and dedication that earned the respect of colleagues; and
• 3 years ground handling operational experience, in high activity environment.
