Just a quick follow up.
I’m sorry to keep going over this however I need to report back to my manager at the end of the month. I am looking for a detailed update on all of your expired contracts. Unfortunately if I do not hear back from you by April 29th. 2016 I will need to cancel any contract that is expired over 3 months.
These cancellations will them go to our “ win-back” team for follow up.
Your immediate feed-back and attention to these contracts are required.
