SQF Level 3 certification requires that we use the HACCP method to identify and control food quality hazards as well as food safety hazards.In addition to a having a food safety plan that addresses all of our food safety hazards, we must also develop, effectively implement and maintain a food quality plan. Our food quality plan must identify all of our food quality hazards, analyze the identified food quality hazards, and implement measures to control the identified food quality hazards.
