ore specifically this role includes the following responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth and timely execution of orders
Coordinating and supporting the international sales team
Managing documentation and administration during the quoting and sales process;
Updating customers on the progress of orders and development;
Coordinating the preparation of the monthly Sales Report for the Sales Team;
Following up promptly on new customer enquiries;
Occasionally meeting with customers, to present products and brand and take orders;
Contributing to the Marketing and Design Teams on sales growth strategy.
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in Customer Service Coordination or Sales support role in international firm
Experience handling sales to the US and Europe would be a plus
Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
Experience processing customs enquiries
Customer relationship management software and order processing software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure
Strong problem solving skills
Able to work in a manufacturing environment at our Bangsue Headquarters
