2. Compensation and Benefits. Your monthly compensation will be 48,000 you will also be entitled to performance incentive as per the annexure attached. Salary will be paid on the seventh of each month for your services during the previous month. You will be entitled to receive outpatient and hospitalization benefits as per the company’s insurance coverage. Insurance cover shall not apply for the treatment of any pre-exiting conditions which existed preceding the date of commencement of your insurance cover. This condition will cease to apply once you complete a continuous period of 1 months under the policy.
Medical benefits exclude:
• Birth control measures
• Tests / Treatments / surgical procedure occasioned by/or resulting from pregnancy / childbirth / abortion / fertility
You will be entitled to customary legal holidays as recognized by the company and you will be entitled for 15 days per years of vacation, which will accrue at the rate of one day per month that you complete with the company. You are encouraged to avail your annual leave as annual leave is not encashable. You will also be entitled to 7 days (Non-encashable) of medical leave per year and 30 days of hospitalization leave per year, for illness suffered in Thailand and supported by medical certificates.
