Please be advised that Duncan Yu, Hotel Manager of the Sheraton Sanya Resort will undergo cross exposure with us, arriving July 7 and departing July 15. The first two days to be spent in Rooms with focus on housekeeping and GPS. The remaining five days to be with Food & Beverage with focus on venue operations, kitchen management, food safety and hygiene standards, cost control. I would suggest the venue operations should be over the last three days and control, food hygiene and kitchen for the first two days.
