1. Review of the existing system
Review the present system of the company in comparison to the requirement of ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO14001:2015
standard. (0.5 day free)
2. Meeting with top management to present the result of system review and develop master plan
Meeting with top management to present the result of system review and cooperate with management team to set up
the master plan for the project. The scope of certification will be defined as well as responsibilities of concerned
persons.
3. “ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO14001:2015 Requirements” Training course
Provide a training course of “ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO14001:2015 Requirements” for “Steering Committee and/or
Working Team” to ensure that the teams understand all requirements and their responsibilities. The course will be
conducted in 1 day period and the number of attendant should be limited to 30 persons.
4. “Risks and Opportunities in ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO14001:2015” Training course
Provide a training course of “Risks and Opportunities in ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO14001:2015” for “Steering Committee
and/or Working Team “to ensure that the teams understand all legal and other requirements and their responsibilities.
The course will be conducted in 2 days period and the number of attendant should be limited to 30 persons.
7. “Legal and other requirements of ISO 14001” Training course
Provide a training course of “Legal and other requirements” for “Steering Committee and/or Working Team “to ensure
that the teams understand all legal and other requirements and their responsibilities. The course will be conducted in 1
day period and the number of attendant should be limited to 30 persons.
8. “Environmental Aspects and Impacts” Training course
Provide a training course of “Environmental aspects and Impacts” for “Steering Committee and/or Working Team” to
ensure that the teams understand Significant Aspect and their responsibilities. The course will be conducted in 1 day
period and the number of attendant should be limited to 30 persons.
