Reporting to Head of Fashion Team, you will be responsible for
Executing category plans while managing the day-to-day business and contributing to the larger team’s development, plus managing and developing associate members of the category team
Developing and ensuring relevant product offerings for your specified category
Providing business analysis and insights on appropriate product selection for the market while developing on-line merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets
Examining growing sales, improving profitability of the category, and executing category strategy while monitoring key performance indicators
Collaborating with internal teams to drive change for running the business unit to achieve the set targets which includes:
Assortment Target Planning
Replenishment Planning
Marketing Strategy Development and Campaign Planning
Product Display Management
Pricing Strategy Planning
Sales forecasting and reporting
The ideal candidate should possess the following background
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA with at least 1 year of e-commerce or Fashion industry related experience
Strong analytical skills, especially in generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses
Sound problem-solving skills and detailed-oriented, focusing on dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions
Driven, self-managed, and self-initiated
Familiarity with Salesforce, Seller Center, Google Analytics, is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Proven ability in building relationships, collaboration with many different department, need to be flexible and adaptive
Able to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint extensively
Fluent in Thai and English
