1 Full and free right of passage and running of water and soil and gas, electricity telephone and other services from and to the Hotel and any adjoining or neighboring property now or hereafter belonging to the Landlord through all pipes, wires, channels, drains and sewers in and under the Premises.
2 The right to deal with the remainder of the Hotel and each and every part thereof in such manner as the Landlord may in its absolute discretion think fit provided that any disturbance or interference in the Tenant's use of the Premises as a restaurant shall be reduced as much as is reasonably possible.
3 The right to enter upon the Premises with or without workmen at all reasonable times (or at any time in cases of emergency) in order to carry out works to the remainder of the Hotel or any services and other facilities serving or enjoyed by the remainder of the Hotel or any adjoining or neighboring property now or hereafter belonging to the Landlord or to exercise any other rights for which the Tenant hereby covenants to grant entry to the Landlord. The Landlord (except where entry is occasioned by virtue of any breach by the Tenant of any of its covenants contained in this lease) shall make good as soon as is reasonably practicable all damage thereby caused to the Premises but being under no liability to pay compensation unless the Tenant's business is affected.
4 Any other rights or easements or quasi rights or quasi easements of the remainder of the Hotel and such adjoining or neighboring properly over or in respect of the Premises.
