ULTRASONOGRAPHY OF WHOLE ABDOMEN:
The liver is not enlarged containing a 0.68x0.80x0.93cm
well-defined hyperechoic lesion in the peripheral right-lobed liver.
No liver cirrhosis or thrombus in portal vein evident.
No demonstrable gallstone or dilated bile duct.
Visualized pancreas and spleen are unremarkable.
Normal renal size and renal cortical thickness noted.
A 3.0x3.3x3.3cm well-defined hyperechoic lesion in
the upper pole of the left kidney.
No renal abscess, renal stone, or hydronephrosis.

peripheral right-lobed liver. DDx : hemangioma or other liver nodule.
- A 3.0x3.3x3.3cm well-defined hyperechoic lesion in the upper pole
of the left kidney. DDx: angiomyolipoma, fatty lesion, ...
