The developed ultrasonic tomography system has the potential of monitoring flaws on pipeline. The fabrication
of the ultrasonic sensing system is successfully implemented. Through the distance calibration on clean pipe surface,
the linear equation is produced that relates the output voltage and the distance measured. The inspection will rely on
the calibration results based on the computed linear equation. The image reconstruction is conducted to generate a
tomogram image of the overall pipe inspection, which is useful for monitoring the pipe integrity
