• Supervise recruitment & selection system to ensure that new employee is matched with qualification required and company culture including works with management to plan and implement programs to meet human resource requirements supporting short- and long-term business needs. Drive Human Resources operations specifically: manpower planning, recruitment, employee activities, employee relations and etc.
• Supervise ER and CR activities to ensure that all activities are in line with company strategy and meet employees and customers’ satisfaction. Conducting induction communicating the enhancement of the company’s orientation programs.
• Monitor all activities related to compensation and benefit function to ensure that they are in line with law and regulation. Develop, plan and implement HR communication strategies and activities to employees in an effective and timely manner
• Handle specific situations (e.g. discipline, work practice changes) and on their implications in terms of labour agreements and identify chronic labour relations problem areas and recommends solutions including participate in negotiating conference with labour union
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop HR members to be HR professional and ensure the team is implemented effectively and within established budget and complies with all relevant regulations, law and employment standard
• To coordinate with other manager to promote two ways communication, good working environment in order to enhance understanding and good relationship between employee and company and among employee themselves.
