The company’s food safety management system is implemented to meet the ISO 22000:2005 requirement. Plant infrastructure, machine and water purification processes are in good condition. Their products show that their products are complied with Lao food law. However, food safety team must be developed their understanding and interpretation relating with its procedures, work instruction and the standard requirements. Two previous findings are pending in minor level in order to follow up corrective action taken completely. New fourteen minor findings are raised for further improvement. Because number of findings must be followed up. Additional one man-day in 1st surveillance visit must be done as confirmed by president. (Total are 3 man-days)
