Summary:
Provide agency office administrative service and performance admiinistrarive process (open, close, change Agency Office), provide consultancy service to agency office owner for office and administrative management. Concolidate, coordinate and be a center of except process, verify documents then send to expection committee. Report : verify all Agency Office’s Benefit, Product Credit (PC) performance reports to support AMT's monitor Agency Office performance, update AO, update monitor and followup cashier performance and licenses to comply with audite criteria and issue warning letter
Job Accountabilities:
Agency Office Management (AOM)
•Provide strong supports to Agency to handle and perform agency office viability studies, agency office visits and communications and other services as requested
•Provide professional services to Agency Office owners
•Provide and update information related to Agency Force activities, products and the movement of company services
•Provide supports and consultation with Agency Office owners so that they will be able to renovate their offices according to the company and marketing standard
•Provide support and consultation to Agency Office owners for office and administration management, and the consolidation of performance reports to head office
Communication and Relationship Management
•Provide strong support to team in building networks and constructive relationships with Agency force and other relevant parties to drive cross-function projects and improve the performance result
•Coordinate with Agency Office to define the issues and propose the solutions as well as share with the relevant parties to drive better performance
•Provide consultations and recommendations to Agency force regarding to agency force development
•Work together with Agency Training & Development Team and Agency Office to reinforce the career training for agency force and ensure the success of the agency training & development program
•Provide strong support to team in order to create good company image and the positive attitudes of Agency Offices’ owners toward company with the aim of achieving quality services
Reporting
•Provide daily reports to ensure that all AO Coordinators will communicate and support AO Owners during their visit
•Provide monthly reports to ensure that all AOs under their areas run their own business under company direction
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Agency, Sales & Operations Support, Relationship Management, or other related fields
