I’m interested in exercise.In the moning I’m cardio workout for 30 minutes and evening I usually go exercise every other day for 2 hours start spend 30 minutes on the bicycle for the cardio and then I lift weights for about 30 minutes. Sometimes I play table tennis and jogging .as for Karate I play with friends twice a week. I love exercise because I want to burn som fat and get fit.It’s great exercise and it fun. Important very relaxing and easy on body.
