The contents of bound 3-MCPD and 2-MCPD in lipid fractions of
margarines were in the range of 1.3e7.3 mg kg1 and
0.63e1.7 mg kg1 respectively, expressed per the amount of isolated
fat, and were the highest among all examined samples.
