He/she has leadership qualities, organizational talents and administrates in fully responsible for the operation of the chemical on the high hygiene level.
He/she achieves and maintains set level of hygiene and quality according to the hotels F&B manual.
He/she takes overall charge of all stewarding areas during the Chief Steward absence.
