1. Missed input brand on import entry. On AWB CI brand was stated but cdn did not input the information.
2. Regretted to provide problem resolution. The customer was rejected to revise entry 2-3 times and cdn just said customer did not request check draft according to CP. Customer did not by in due to previously she always got draft. However, back to the root cause, cdn did not check paperwork clearly and mis-input information. Finally, after she contacted 2-3 times, cdn accepted to revise entry.
Please investigate root cause and preventive action for future shipment. Kindly follow up entry amendment process and update asap.
