I've submitted your warranty claim. A replacement will be processed within 5 business days. You'll receive your SingPost tracking email once your replacement Pebble ships. It may take 3-7 business days for tracking data to appear on Singpost.com.
We have declared the value of the shipment at a lower price to indicate that it is a replacement rather than a full-price retail unit. In some circumstances, however, fees are still required to receive the package. In this case, we are unfortunately unable to reimburse you for these fees.
Please recycle the defective unit through a local electronics recycling program.
The charging cable and other accessories are yours to keep. Thanks again for your support!
